Membership is open to:

o Police Forces of any European Member Country having within their jurisdiction at any airport or seaport
o Any Government or other law enforcement agency approved by the Executive Committee, exercising such function at or in any airport or seaport within the boundaries of a European Member Country
o Any Security or Investigative Organisation within Europe, approved by the Executive Committee, provided that such membership will not be used for advertising purposes in connection with the business of the organisation
o Any person nominated as an Honorary or Life Member in accordance with these Rules

HOWEVER: It should be noted that membership for whichever category applies specifically to the position held within the Police Force, Government Agency or Investigative Agency and not to the person holding that position.

Membership fee's for this year 2008 have remained unchanged:

90 Euros (excluding transfer costs) if paid before 1st April 2008
115 Euros ( excluding Transfer costs) when paid after 1st April 2008
